| [Product Introduction] HA-AL can be used as a protective colloid and complexing agent in the dyeing process of cellulose fiber and polyester/cellulose fiber blended fabrics. It can prevent the precipitation caused by hard water and other impurities during the dyeing process of grey cloth, and can be used for pretreatment and scouring. This product is different from ordinary water softener, and will not react with metal ions in the dye during dyeing, which will change the color light. It can be used as a soaping agent for reactive dyes, with more obvious effect on the color of lake blue and bright red. With various cationic auxiliaries, precipitation can occur in acidic or neutral solutions [Performance and characteristics] HA-AL has excellent dispersion effect on grey fabric impurities that can precipitate in alkaline dyeing solution. The complexing effect of HA-AL on various calcium ions is similar to that of products derived from ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid or nitrotriacetic acid. However, compared with these complexes, HA-AL does not dissolve various metal ions, such as copper and chromium contained in metal complex dyes, so it does not affect the activity of metal complex and the color and fastness of direct dyes. HA-AL has no dye retention effect in the dye bath. Because this product has no surface activity, it will not blister. [Application] 1. Dyeing of polyester/cotton blended fabric Generally, cotton impurities dissolved in acidic medium after the polyester part of grey cloth is dyed are easy to form precipitation in the subsequent alkaline dyeing tank. Because of the dispersion and complexation properties of this product, the addition of this product can prevent the occurrence of such precipitation, especially in the dyeing process. The use concentration of this product is 1-2 g/L, which is added at the initial stage of dyeing. 2. Dyeing cotton fabric with vat dyes This product is suitable for the dyeing of cotton fabric with vat dyes due to its protective colloid function in alkaline dyeing solution and its obvious complexing effect on calcium, magnesium and other metal ions. After using this product, there is no need to add special protective colloid or complexing agent. The applied concentration of this product in the working solution is 1~3 g/L. 3. Dyeing cotton fabric with reactive dyes When reactive dyes are used for dyeing, various ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid complexing agents cannot be used, because the complexed metal ions can be dissolved from many dyes, thus reducing the color fastness of the dyed fabric. On the contrary, HA-AL will not infringe metal complex dyes, so polyphosphates can be replaced with the same concentration in the reactive dye dyeing process.
